DerbySMACK is a skater owned business. Our goal is to be fair to our customers as well as the business. If you're not 100% satisfied, please let us know.  

Our Policy

DerbySMACK will exchange or refund merchandise purchased through our website, within 365 days of product receipt, accompanied by the original sales receipt* and must be in new / unused condition. The customer is responsible for  actual shipping charges associated with exchange or refund unless defective or sent in error.


Warranty Claims/Defective Returns

We can help! Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturer’s products, or may be found on their respective website. Any Defective product may be returned anytime while under the manufacturer’s warranty period. Please contact DerbySMACK prior to returning any merchandise for warranty or defective consideration. 


Exchanges

KEEPING IT SIMPLE: We understand that sometimes items do not fit and need to be exchanged for another size. DerbySMACK will exchange merchandise purchased through our website, within 365 days of product receipt, accompanied by the original sales receipt* and in NEW/UNUSED condition. All orders may be returned to DerbySMACK pending Return Authorization.  Please contact us BEFORE sending anything back to us.

Roller skates are subject to a $20 dismounting fee. If you are nervous about ordering the wrong size, then please contact us.  In most cases we can get you fitted the correctly the first time.


How to Return Merchandise

Products may be returned to DerbySMACK. To return an item to our warehouse we encourage you to re-use your original shipping carton.Please contact us before sending anything back.


Wrong Item!

WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT: DerbySMACK In most cases we will send you the correct item along with a prepaid return shipping label. If the item is not returned within 30 days of receiving the prepaid shipping label and the second shipment, it will be assumed the customer has decided to keep both shipments. The customer will be charged accordingly for unpaid items in their possession. Customer is also subject to shipping charges associated with the second shipment. Charges will be applied to credit card used in original transaction. (verification of shipment will be verified by using the tracking number located prepaid label.)


Exceptions / Exclusions

DerbySMACK reserves the right to limit or refuse the return of certain merchandise, such as custom boots with special colors or sizing.  In most cases we can work with the customer in this situation, so don't sweat it!   


Shipping

DOMESTIC: The customer is responsible for actual shipping charges, taxes and fees associated with it.. We ship through UPS, FEDEX, and USPS. All three carriers use the USPS Address Database for verifying addresses. If the address provided by the customer is not valid, it becomes subject to address correction fee's. The customer/buyer is 100% responsible for all fee's associated with the incorrect address they provided. In most cases UPS and FEDEX fees do not exceed $20 per attempt. If in doubt, addresses can be verified here, USPS ADDRESS LOOKUP.

INTERNATIONAL: The customer is responsible for actual shipping charges, taxes and fees associated with it.. DerbySMACK is not responsible for import/export taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees, imposed by anyone including foreign governments for the shipment of products into their countries. If you live outside of the USA the full responsibility for those or any other fees if they apply, will be yours alone.
