RETURNS & EXCHANGES
DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED merchandise, please contact us. We will replace the damaged item or refunded your money, but we must have the defective item back to get credit for it from our vendor and we may make arrangements to have it sent back to the manufacturer instead of us.
Nearly all the items we sell are returnable if you haven't used them. Any and all returned product must be in "NEW" & "RESALABLE" condition. Don't try to send us back stuff that has obviously been used, You will not be issued full credit for used items that are returned as new.
EXCHANGES KEPT SIMPLE- We will exchange products that do not fit for the proper size, but you must pay the shipping associated with the exchange, we don't add any fee's we just charge what it cost to ship the new size. If you ordered the wrong size roller skate, you have to pay the shipping and are subject to a $15 fee. The $15 goes towards dismounting and remounting. If we sent you something you didn't order or a the incorrect size, we will wave the dismounting fee and cover shipping charges.
If you need to return a set of skates you must contact us first for a Return Authorization number which flags the return to the vendor (us) and the customer (you) so credit can be issued back to us. Once we receive credit from them, we will issue credit back to you.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee to cover our handling cost of dismounting the returned skates. The restock fee can be up to 15% of the purchase price.
If we mess-up, we will make it right. In some most cases we will send you the correct item along with a prepaid return shipping label. If the item is not returned within 30 days of receiving the prepaid shipping label, it will be assumed the customer has decided to keep both shipments. The customer will be charged accordingly for unpaid items in their possession. Customer is also subject to shipping charges associated with the second shipment. Charges will be applied to credit card used in original transaction. (verification of shipment will be verified by using the tracking number located prepaid label.)
Custom skates are NOT returnable
If you order skates in *WIDE WIDTH* or special colors - anything outside of stock - those are not returnable for full credit. In most cases we can find home for the custom skate.
If you ordered the wrong size, you have to pay the shipping and a $15 remounting fee to swap them out. The $15 goes towards dismounting and remounting. If we sent you something you didn't order or a different size, we will pay for whatever it takes to get you what you ordered.
The customer is responsible for actual shipping charges, taxes and fees associated with it, unless otherwise noted. We ship through UPS, FEDEX, and USPS. All three carriers use the USPS Address Database for verifying addresses. If the address provided by the customer is not valid, it becomes subject to address correction fee's. The customer/buyer is 100% responsible for all fee's associated with the incorrect address they provided. In most cases UPS and FEDEX fees do not exceed $20 per attempt. We will do our best to get whatever you need, to wherever you need it. However, we will NOT pay import/export taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees, imposed by anyone including foreign governments for the shipment of products into their countries. If you live outside of the USA the full responsibility for those or any other fees if they apply, will be yours alone.
